Lake Tobias

Today the boys and I met up with our good friends from Hershey, 

The Isoms, for a fun-filled day at Lake Tobias. 

We went on the safari ride. 

Played with the animals at the petting zoo.

Somebody needed a hug. 

(FYI-Sawyer left the park with both eyes still intact.)

Camping

We took our boys camping for the first time on Friday!

They were great helpers setting up the new tent!

Unfortunately, the boys decided not to go to bed until around 11 

and due to Reuben's thumb sucking and Sawyer grinding his teeth 

and climbing out of his sleeping bag every hour, no one got a lot of sleep.

But it was a fun and memorable experience! 

The cute little teeth grinding culprit!

Reuben enjoyed his powdered donuts the next morning.

We had a great time with our friends, the Meekins! 

Cute Kiddos!

We will definitely go camping again someday. 

But probably not someday soon! :)

(Especially not 7 months pregnant!)

Since Daddy had off work today we wanted something fun to do. 

It was a beautiful day so we headed back to Rohrbach's Farm 

to shop in their charming country store and feed the chickens.

Today at Walmart Reuben peed through his diaper (and clothes). 

Did I have extra clothes? Yes. 

Was I too exhausted after a long trip to Walmart 

with my boys to bother putting on his clothes? You bet!

So this is Reuben riding home nakey.

  

He didn't look too upset about my lazy decision.

Peach Festival

Today we went to Rohrbach's Farm for their Peach Festival.

We got to eat yummy food (like peach dumplings with ice cream!)

 and go on a hayride past the peach trees. 

That evening we went to The Fence for some tasty fish sandwiches. 

It was a beautiful night and we enjoyed our dinner by the river.

What a wonderful day!

Forever Friends

Misty came to visit me today and brought her beautiful girls. 

To say I miss her would be a serious understatement. 

We all had so much fun!

I sure love this girl!

Trip to Virginia 

July 31-August 4

Jonny's Starting Medical School

 at the University of VA in Richmond.

We stayed at a hotel with a pool.



Reuben had lots of fun swimming with Uncle Jonny.

The hotel also had a fun closet for the boys to play in!

We got to celebrate Sean taking the Bar.

We went to the capitol building.

(Lance and I are not this huge. 

We were closest to the camera!) 

We ate dinner at a Mexican place that had fun decor

And ate at a really yummy BBQ place!

We went to a famous attraction called Maymont Park.

Reuben slept for a bit on Daddy.

But then he woke up and enjoyed himself.

It was a really cool place!

Sawyer had fun throwing berries at Uncle Sean 

while we waited to be seated for dinner.

And he enjoyed hanging with Uncle Sean 

as we took a ferry on the James River.

It was fun to play with our Wood side of the family!
