Here's the whole family . . .
Here are some pictures from one fun day at the beach. A big thanks to my little cousin Kyla, for giving me her old swimming suit. I love it! I guess there are some perks to being the runt of the family.
Here's me and my little sis.
Look at the fabulous sand castle that our gorgeous men made . . .
Ok, just kidding. It was there when we got to the beach. But don't they look cute posing by it?!
Just as a side note: the beach just isn't the same when you're married to a dermatologist. I mentioned that I wanted to get a tan and he looked at me with disgust and said, "No way. No sun scars for us!"
Here's my nephew Aidan snuggling with the quilt that I made for Debbie for her birthday.
What a cute little thief!
When Lance and I looked up the closest LDS church, we found that it was over an hour and a half away and we didn't think that we could swing it. So we went instead to Faith Methodist Church where we were two of four caucasian people in the entire congregation. It was one of the most welcoming churches that we had ever been to and we were lucky to have found such wonderful Christian people. We will never forget the Pastor's lesson about nipping sin "in the bud" as he demonstrated with a flower from his wife's garden! What a fun experience!
Here is Lance with his new PING golf bag. It is his early birthday present from me. We had fun picking it out. He was able to use it both times that the boys went golfing this week. Watch out Tiger Woods. . . Lance Wood is coming!!
One day we realized that Kristie and I matched the twins. Here I am holding Sienna and Kris is holding Sofia. We couldn't have planned it more perfectly.
Here I am with Aidan. We were tight buddies this week. He kept saying my name which was so fun to hear!
Here is the cake that I made for Celena and Ryan's anniversary. You wouldn't believe what I gave for this special cake surprise. Details to follow. . .
So as I was decorating it in the basement, someone started coming downstairs. Fearing it would be Cena or Ryan, I grabbed it and ran. . . right into a bolt hanging from the ceiling!!! Who does that? Luckily, it was only Brent and I saved the cake as I fell to the ground. But check out my poor back.
We had a professional chef come to cook for us one night and he brought creme brulee for dessert. Here is Lance working on one.
Here are some more beach pictures.
