"Look At That HAIR!"

We hear that A LOT these days! :)

I thought that everyone drank Miracle Grow when they're pregnant!
JK--I never did that! Or did I?

FYI- No styling products were used in the making of this post.
This really is what my son's hair does naturally.

Wendy's Photos

My extremely thoughtful and talented friend Wendy
took these breathtaking pictures of my little man.

So enjoy these pictures of my 10-day-old angel.

Wendy arranged for another talented photographer to take
some newborn pictures of Reuben too, so keep watching for more to come!

Thank you again Wendy!
I hope that you feel lots of love coming your way!!

Snow Buddies!

We woke up to a beautiful white wonderland today!
Someone kept begging to go out in the snow as soon as he got up
so Sawyer finally gave in. Just kidding Daddy! :)

So I spent an hour or so today watching two of my three
favorite boys play together, while holding the other one.

Life doesn't get much better than this!

From ONE child to TWO

Reuben is sure lucky to have Sawyer as his big brother.
Sawyer has been as gentle and sweet as a two year-old boy can be.
I look forward to seeing them grow up together and become friends.

As awful as this sounds, I was a little worried that I wouldn't be able
to love this new baby as much as I love Sawyer. Sawyer is my best little
buddy with whom I've shared countless time and memories.

Honestly, I do miss the individual time that I had with Sawyer.
It has been a pretty tough transition for my little toddler and I.
I've even had a few "emotional episodes" since we brought Reuben home.
However, I can truly say that my heart just grew bigger in size.
(Much like the Grinch who stole Christmas)

I sure love this new little one and I'm so grateful for him.
As you can see, I'm not alone. This baby gets a lot of love!
