My BABY is 10 Months Old!
How is that possible?!
So What's New?
He loves to eat!
Old things. New things.
Almost everything.
Some of the new things are. . .
MANGO
He didn't really like the chicken.
AT ALL!!
He loves to crunch those cheerios
with all of his teeth.
Oh yes. I did mention teeth.
We got two new ones this month.
He got his top left one first
and then he got the 2nd on the top right.
He is a feisty little man--kinda like his momma.
He talks constantly! Dada Mama Baba Lala and much more.
He also started screeching when he's happy.
This makes church quite interesting! :)
Towards the end of the month, he started
the very unwelcome habit of blowing his food at me.
I tried to sternly look at him and say "No"
but I've found that only makes him smile
and repeat the same thing I told him not to do.
So, I ignore him and hope it will go away soon!
Although it is messy and dangerous for my clothes,
he does look quite cute when he does it.
He still loves that tongue of his.
I have to admit that I do as well!
He is very much a little boy.
He likes trucks and dirt and eating bugs.
(Well, trying to east bugs. So close!)
He has some favorite games
Like "Crawl on Momma" for example.
He really gets into that one.
And Peek-A-Boo, of course!
He also loves reading books.
He enjoys playing the piano.
And likes to help with the dishes.
We started teaching him some driving skills.
He is almost 1 you know and the way he changes,
16 will be here before we know it!
He even figured out how to use the horn.
(Well sort of)
He's wearing big boy pj's.
And this baby loves to bounce.
Bounce Baby Bounce. . .
Bounce. . . Bounce. . . Baby Bounce!
Ever since his first swimming experience in Utah
(Pictures coming soon)
he has warmed up to the whole swimming thing
and has become rather obsessed with water.
This month he started waving hello/bye bye.
Grandpa Wertz even taught him how to give high fives
in one day--what a fast little learner.
Either he's GT (gifted) or just really cool.
And I mean really cool!
He is walking around hanging on to everything.
He can take about 3-4 steps at a time
without holding on to anything.
I think that he'll be motoring along by himself soon!
Yikes!!
He loves to walk around with Daddy and Momma.
And we love walking with him!
He is just way too lovable!!
Daddy sure loves playing with Baby Sawyer
And so does Momma!
So happy to be us!
