So for Valentine's Day this past year, Lance and I decided that since we show each other our love everyday of the year, we didn't need to buy each other any presents. We agreed that we would just get one another a card and go out to dinner. This was a little bit difficult for me because I love buying presents for people in general, but especially for my Lance. However, after looking for over an hour, I found the perfect card! I wrote down all my mushy feelings ( I love doing that) and tucked it in my purse for our date. So as we were waiting for our table at the Texas Roadhouse on Valentine's Day, we decided to give one another our cards-Lance said that he couldn't wait any longer, which made me a little confused. So I gave him his and he gave me mine.
This was what the "card" looked like that he gave me. . .

When I saw it I thought he had probably written me a poem and was so excited to read it,
but had no idea that when I opened it I would find this . . .

So this Saturday we headed to Philly and went to dinner at Lonestar Steakhouse. It was very fitting because I was wearing my cowboy boots and Lance was wearing a cowboy shirt.
And Keith Urban was fabulous!
I was bopping along in my seat and even Lance was busting a move from time to time.
Although I've loved all of the concerts that I've been to, I think that this one was my all-time favorite.
Thank you Lancey. Happy Valentine's Day! :)
