Just like Dad

My little boy loves his Daddy! He's my little Lance.
He has a lot in common with his Daddy.

They like to watch basketball.


They like to play basketball.
"Slam!" Sawy will say, as he throws the ball in the little hoop.


They love Mexican food!



They enjoy playing the piano.
(Lance usually plays with clothes on.)



They can be very reverent.


They've got great taste in shoes.


And even better taste in women!


I'm so lucky to be loved by these two.




Keep up the great work Daddy.
Your little man loves you!

Family Fun!

Lance's Family (His parents, Brittney and Sean)
came to visit us May 28-June 5.

We had a visit packed with lots of fun things and places.

I am disappointed to find that I was terrible about taking pictures
--very unlike me. But I definitely want to document what I have.

We also ate at fun places like Fiesta Mexico and The Hershey Pantry.
We went shopping at the outlets, watched fun movies,
and the boys played golf and went to Hershey Park.

We'll miss you all. Thanks for coming to visit us!

That's Corny!

Sawyer had his first Corn on the Cob!
Let's just say, he loved it!

Packin Away the Pack-n-Play

Last month Sawyer climbed out of the Pack-n-play!
Luckily I was there to catch him, since he was plummeting head-first.
It was actually quite scary. Lance was so disturbed by watching Sawyer fall
head-first, that he began taking down the Pack-n-play immediately.

It was a sad day for me.

I loved his Pack-n-Play.

Goodbye to my freedom. Hello to Sawyer's freedom!

Being a Mom. . .

I thank God everyday for this gift!

29 on Easter

Today was a very special day.

It was Easter and my birthday!
What a fun combination!

After church, we went to my Daddy and Deb's house.
On the way there we read about Jesus's Resurrection
to remember what Easter was all about.

When we got to my Daddy's, Sawyer had his first Easter Egg Hunt.
He caught on really fast and had tons of fun!





It was a beautiful spring day!


Sawyer sure had fun on the slide!



The Easter Bunny even stopped by for a visit.


And Sawyer sure loves his cousins!
Especially his big cousin Aidan!
They had a lot of fun playing when
all of the girls went home!


Did I mention that Sawyer loves Aidan?


Birthdays are perfect when you get to
spend them with people you love.



And when you come home to find this on your door!


The evening ended with yummy treats, including some beautiful
chocolate covered strawberries that a dear friend made me.
I went to bed feeling pretty blessed and lucky to be me.
