Car Sledding
January 21, 2015
Reuben wasn't a huge fan of the car sledding, but Sawyer and I loved it.
I laughed and it felt good. I haven't been doing that much lately.

Snow Day
December 14, 2014
When it looks like this outside...
You dress like this...
And play in the snow!
Reuben fell down a few times
and didn't like the cold snow on his skin!
But he would get back up and just walk around the yard.
Sawyer loved laying in the snow, throwing snowballs,
and sliding down our bilco door into the snow.
I think they had a good time.
And I had a great time watching them from inside.
I mean, I couldn't leave the baby ;)
Love these boys!

Sawyer's Snowman
January 30, 2013
We had a few snowstorms this January.
Sawyer loves snow. I also love snow.
However, I don't enjoy being cold.
But seeing as Dad is at work during the perfect time
to play in the snow, I get to be his snow buddy.
So he and Tuya and I bundle up after we put Reuben
down for his morning nap and head out!
Tuya and Sawyer trudging through the snow.
Meet our snowman!
I know he's not very big, but my gloves aren't
waterproof so cut me a little slack.
Sawyer didn't seem to mind!
He always has fun!

Snow Buddies!
We woke up to a beautiful white wonderland today!
Someone kept begging to go out in the snow as soon as he got up
so Sawyer finally gave in. Just kidding Daddy! :)So I spent an hour or so today watching two of my three
favorite boys play together, while holding the other one.
Life doesn't get much better than this!

Halloween Snow
Because the trees were still full of colorful leaves, the snow really weighed down the branches and there were more broken trees lying around than I'd ever seen! As a matter of fact, a huge branch crashed about 30 feet from where we were playing in the snow. It was quite terrifying, and we were so grateful that we hadn't been over there when it fell. It scared Sawyer so much that it took us a good 10 minutes to calm him down even after we went inside.
The storm was pretty crazy, and canceled the Halloween parties that we were planning on attending, but it sure was beautiful!
