Fall Festivities in Five
ONE-
PIM (Partners in Medicine) Halloween Candy Hunt
Monday October 25, 2010
At first he didn't know what to think,
but by the end, he had it all figured out.
Find candy. Put it in bag. Yep, he had it mastered!

TWO-
Pumpkin Picking at Strites Orchards
Wednesday October 27, 2010

Sawyer was excited to get to the pumpkin patch!

He picked out Momma's Pumpkin.

And Daddy made sure that it was a good one!

Then he picked out Daddy's.
(Yes. He's sitting on the pumpkin!)

We found a little one for him too.

Momma sure loves her little pumpkin!

Our little pumpkin in the pumpkin patch.

After finding the perfect pumpkins,
we played in a nearby corn maze.

Luckily, the pumpkin picking and corn maze
made him tired enough to sit still long enough
for me to take this most adorable photo of him.
It's one of my new favorites!

It was a perfect day for pumpkin picking!

THREE-
Sawyer's 1st Trick-or-Treating
Thursday October 28, 2010
Ready to go while we waited for Dad.

Minutes later, Dad called to say he wasn't going to make it.
Luckily, some awesome friends invited us
to come trick-or-treating with them.
So, Sawyer went with his 2 friends, Anne and Annie.

We all had a fun time!

Since Daddy was home when we got back,
we both watched as Sawyer emptied his bag.

He was pretty excited about all of his goodies!

All in all, it was a fun time.
We were sad that Daddy missed it.
Daddy was sad too!

FOUR-
Return of the Pirates!
Dermatology Halloween Party
Friday October 29, 2010
and
Atley's 1st Birthday Party
Saturday October 30, 2010

Poses of a Precious Pirate. . .

Aaargh!!

FIVE-
Thanksgiving Pumpkins
It is our annual tradition to carve pumpkins
with our friends Scott and Ashley Johnson.
However, since we were all so busy,
we weren't able to squeeze it in before Halloween.
So we got together the week AFTER Halloween to carve our pumpkins.
Ashley made a Native American (to be PC) on her pumpkin
and Scott made a Pilgrim on his pumpkin.
Strong work you guys!!

And Lance and I made a little family of turkeys.

Isn't that such a precious little hand, I mean turkey?!

Here's our turkey totem pole.

And the whole lot of Thanksgiving Pumpkins!

And that's all for our fall festivities in five!

What a Blessing!
This little man got blessed in church today.
How wonderful it was!
His Daddy gave him a touching and inspired
blessing and we had lots of family and friends there.
After church, we had the family back to our house for a tasty meal.
Although we picked the food up yesterday, everything was still delicious.
The Hershey Pantry's pulled beef and
The Tokyo Diner's chicken and rice really hit the spot.
Thanks Dad and Deb!
Sawyer's four cousins came to celebrate his big day.
(Siena, Mia, Aidan, Sawyer and Sophia)
Here's our little family at the end of the Blessed day!
